Our Mission

LDG Development owns and builds affordable multifamily housing across the United States. LDG simply believes that everyone deserves a quality place to live.

What is Affordable Housing?

Stallion Ridge is a tax credit community with financing through Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), Tax Exempt Bond Financing through Trinity River Public Finance Corporation and HUD financing.

Our community participates in several affordable housing programs that work together to maintain below-market rents for qualifying households. These programs not only help keep monthly housing costs affordable but also protect residents from sudden rent increases outside the limits established each year by HUD and TDHCA.

Qualifying can be a more in-depth process than usual rental screening practices, but our management team is available to assist each applicant every step of the way. While the process may take a little extra effort, many applicants find it worthwhile as they pursue a home in our affordable community. Our team is here to guide and support you throughout each step toward becoming a resident at Stallion Ridge Apartment Homes.

Below are some general guidelines and information concerning what is considered income. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but we are here to assist you in determining if you may qualify for our affordable apartment rental program.

Income Includes But is Not Limited To:

  • Employment income
  • Self-employment Income
  • Social Security, pensions, SSI, or disability income, AFDC
  • Unemployment compensation
  • Alimony or child support payments
  • Recurring contributions and gifts
  • Income from assets – interest, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.
